Smart Pig

   The inner wall of furnace tube is nondestructive tested by ultrasonic technology and furnace cleaning technology. The Smart Pig can scan the inner wall of the furnace tube with 360 degree rings, and store all the information of the furnace tube. Finally, the wall thickness, corrosion and defects of the inner wall of the furnace tube can be detected.

Detection of pipe wall diameter range 80mm--200mm.
